<> I provide custom orders outside of the formats that I have. I also make icons, small objects, backgrounds, emblem/logos, and whatnot. Sometimes, someone just wants some small simple objects without much details, or adding parchment paper background and measurements to their concept arts. So, if you have something like that in mind; custom order is the way to go.

**TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you’ll be agreeing on these terms:----------------------------------------- POLICY --------------------------------------> Payment is received via Paypal and Dana (Indonesia only) Invoices.-- Full payment is needed upfront. After I can confirm your payment has gone through, then work for your commission can start.

> Refund is only available if I’m unable to finish your commission in an occurrence of force majeure. Otherwise, no refunds.
> Disclaimer: Refunded amount that you’ll receive is the amount I exactly received after Paypal fees.-- If anything happens, you can tell me to cancel your slot in the waitlist.-- You can only cancel your order prior to payment.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------> Commissioner will gain a waitlist slot after completing the commission detail form. This will count as an order, and payment invoice will be sent in time. If payment Isn’t completed within 3 days, the order will be cancelled.> It may take me 1 to 2 weeks to finish the commission depending on the complexity. If you have a certain deadline for me to abide, please do tell.> I maintain full rights and ownership of the commissioned work; to post it to my social media and site, and also presenting it in my portfolio. Although, you can request me to not post it anywhere. If you want to post my artwork somewhere, please be sure to credit me.> My work by default is for non-commercial use only. However, if you’re interested to use my work for something that has to do with direct or indirect financial gain it will require additional payment. If so, please discuss it with me.> I have the right turn down a commission request if I’m uncomfortable or unable to do it.> I offer revisions before the work is done, but please be aware I offer a limited amount of them.-- If you want to request any change to the finished piece that wasn’t mentioned before, it’ll need additional payment depending on the changes.-- Any wrong or missing components from my own doing will be fixed free of charge.-- Additional charge(s) for revisions will be billed right before you receive the finished artwork.-- You can also contact me through direct messages on Discord for communicating revisions and work updates.

> As an artist I’m constantly learning to better my craft. As I’m improving so will my art, so there might be differences between my current works, the pieces you’ll receive, and my future works.
-------------------------------- OPERATING PROCEDURE ------------------------------

> Commission work updates corresponding to the stages before completion will be sent to you for approval. Please mention If there are any changes while on each stage, otherwise I’ll continue to the next stage.-- First stage you’ll receive draft sketch consisting of line-art with greyscale artwork.-- Afterwards at the second stage you’ll receive shaded and better lined artwork along with test color version of the artwork. If everything is approved, I’ll proceed to finish the artwork.-- For achromatic only artwork, you’ll receive a cleaner draft at the second stage. After approval, I’ll continue to finish the artwork.-- Additional details outside of the initial request mentioned in the form and/or changes before I finished the piece is permissible, within reason. Additional charges also may apply depending on the complexity. For changes on finished piece, see policy on work revisions.

> Final pieces that you’ll receive will include backgroundless version of your artwork along with grey background version, both with a small watermark.> Commissions will be uploaded to google drive, and will be kept there for 2 weeks. Any lost files that weren’t saved by that time period will not be refunded. It is commissioner’s responsibility to keep the files within first 2 weeks of receiving the piece, as I don’t keep files in my drive for long time. If you’re unable to, please inform me as soon as possible.
